The Wellness Committee met June 27 with officials from Anthem to discuss wellness programs that Anthem currently offers, such as a Web-based health risk assessment and the Anthem Rewards program.
More than 100 people participated in the "step in the right direction" program. Logs must be turned in on July 6, and there will be a prize drawing on July 9.
The committee is launching a "Summer Olympics" on July 15. Small teams will compete for gold, silver and bronze medals by staying active and eating well. More information is available in FYI.
