PTU Contract: 2003-2009

This Agreement made and entered into this day of ,2004, by and between Blethen Maine Newspapers, Inc, d/b/a the Portland Press Herald (which includes the Sunday newspaper published by the Press Herald currently known as the Maine Sunday Telegram) hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" through its authorized representatives, and Portland Typographical Union No. 66 hereinafter referred to as the "Union" by its officers or a committee duly authorized to act in its behalf, shall be effective beginning June 1,2003 through May 3 1,2009.
