Presentation Desk

The below mentioned persons permanently transferred to "The Presentation Desk" in Augusta, Maine, between March 31, 1996, and July 30, 1996, will receive a one-time compensation payment of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). Payment of the money shall be made within 30 days of the employee's transfer date.

The below mentioned employee transferred from the Central Maine Morning Sentinel's Newsroom to the Augusta, Maine, Newsroom of Central Maine Newspapers shall remain a member of the collective bargaining unit represented by the Waterville Unit of the Portland Newspaper Guild, Local 128.

Dual and specialty reporters and future newsroom hires will be represented in accordance with the joint agreement on representation of Editorial Department employees which will be agreed between the Newspaper Guild and the Communication Workers of America.
