The company has approached the Guild under the Side Letter Re: Online Products, Section f to start having Guild sales people sell directly into online. This will expand the sales force selling directly into online from four to 30 on a daily basis. The company plans on doing some training in early April and rolling out the new enriched commission plans for this effort at that time.
