July Negotiations Update

Portland unit

The Guild has requested Legal Services through TNG to file a ULP for failure to bargain over the company’s unilateral declaration to not pay Guild bargaining committee members going forward. No further meetings are scheduled at this time.

Waterville unit

The Guild and company will meet in Waterville on Friday (Aug. 24) for negotiations.
