The Guild has filed its response to the company's law suit on July 8, 2008 in Maine District Court. While the Guild maintains its stance regarding the interpretation of the Successor and Assigns clause, we are seeking to dismiss the action because the company preemptively sought relief in court when it must first arbitrate its grievance. We will keep you updated as things progress on this issue.
