Eyecare Reimbursements

You should have received a recent memo from the company outlining eye care reimbursements. This memo was the result of a grievance filed well over a year ago. To elaborate, the figures in the memo are an average of three local vendors. Casco Bay Eyecare just happened to be priced right near the average, so theirs were the figures used. The company will get new quotes in two years. Also, if you have eye care claims denied, please contact the Guild office. We are pursuing those claims separately.
