ARTICLE X: Death Benefit

In the event any full-time employee who is covered by this Agreement and who has completed six (6) months service dies while employed, the Employer shall pay his/her beneficiary as designated in writing by the employee, or his/her executor or administrator, an amount equivalent to one (1) week of straight time pay for each full six (6) months of service or a major fraction thereof, up to a maximum of thirty-two (32) weeks.
