Employees whose names appear on this Appendix shall not be laid off from employment as a result of the assignment of work within the jurisdiction of the Guild to persons not covered by this agreement.
Having your name listed on Appendix A does not mean that you have been given a job guarantee. Layoffs which are not related to the assignment of work outside of the bargaining unit may still occur in accordance with other terms of the collective bargaining agreement. Please refer to the provisions of Article XXI - Layoffs of this agreement.
